Paulig PRO are seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager, to help them drive growth of their branded foodservice portfolio. If you are a Marketing or Category Analyst with experience from FMCG and are passionate about food, we want to meet you!
About the position
In the Regional Portfolio Manager
role, you will own the assigned portfolio and the main target of the role is to analyze and draw conclusions, give portfolio recommendations and lead portfolio revisions. You will also be the first point of contact for assigned portfolio questions from the OOH Branded team.
What you will do:
- Coordinate the market input to product development & innovation projects and for bringing the portfolio perspective into the OOH innovation roadmaps
- Define how to reach the OOH growth ambition based on existing portfolio opportunities and innovations (focus 1-2Y).
- Give input on identified jobs to be done/objectives from a commercial aspect into innovation funnel (1-2Y).
- Monitor portfolio/channel performance and drive and monitor launch excellence, innovation follow-up and KPI:s, consolidate learnings and propose improvements.
- Lead the pre- and post-innovation board meetings for the OOH area
- Lead business case input to the innovation process and be first point of contact to the Portfolio & Concept team and Business Area organization to ensure any issues, opportunities and recommendations are considered from the earliest stage.
- Secure optimal, efficient, and profitable assortment withing OOH (mix, ranking, cut tail, identify white spots etc.)
- Lead and align Portfolio & Concepts and Business Area input to the delisting process.
The role is based in Mölndal or Solna and you will report to the Head of Portfolio & Concepts, and be part of a team of 3 portfolio & concept managers.

What we expect from you:
- At least 5-7 years’ experience as a Marketing or Category Analyst, or from Assortment Management.
- Business-manager minded marketing expert with preferably experience within B2B, background in sales and/or marketing.
- International mindset, analytical and result oriented. Making things happen. Good argumentation skills and ability to give concrete recommendations. Result oriented. Strong collaboration and coordinating skills.
- University degree, business administrative or equivalent
- Fluency in written & spoken English
