About the position
Paulig PRO brings together Paulig's brands, products and services for the professional market. The offer includes full meal solutions and concepts tailored for restaurants, cafes, schools, health care and workplaces. The assortment ranges from coffee and beverages to tortillas, chips, spices and sauces. Paulig PRO's main markets are Nordics, UK, Baltics & Central Europé.
In the Portfolio & Concept Manager role, you will be to lead the development of parts of the OOH product portfolio and to conceptualize the portfolio/innovations into attractive customers offers. Responsibilities include being a key creator/contributor to developing the overall OOH portfolio strategy and roadmaps.
The job is very dynamic. A key part of your daily work will be to lead and manage different innovation projects, from idea-phase to implementation and an integral part of this task will be to successfully interact with a wide group of people across multiple departments within our organization. You will also be expected to work with different types of analysis to identify and drive new opportunities and you will be at the constant lookout for finding ways of growing our professional food business.
What you will do
• Co-create the OOH 3 year and annual roadmap and plans to deliver on the financial targets.
• Be a key creator/contributor to the OOH portfolio strategy.
• Lead and manage defined portfolio & concept development projects from insight and idea to implementation.
• Gather and analyze channel, customer, and portfolio data across markets, identify and implement relevant actions.
• Drive portfolio and concept management on assigned segments (optimization, innovation, value engineering, and key initiatives)
• Develop the marketing mix toolbox (creative briefs and master units)
• Identify and recommend pricing guidelines for new NPDs/overall portfolio.
You will be based in Mölndal, Sweden, and report to the Head of Portfolio & Concept OOH and be part of a great team of people dedicated to the professional food business.

What we expect from you
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look like this:
• 6-8 years’ experience of roles within brand & portfolio mgmt., preferably OOH foodservice (B2B) experience.
• Strong project & product mgmt. skills
• Customer and consumer mindset with a strong market understanding
• International mindset, strong business acumen incl analytical skills
• Strategic and result orientated, makes things happen, innovative and collaborative, communicative.
• Strong leadership in own organization and in matrix as well as strong inter-personal skills
• University degree, business administrative or equivalent
• Fluency in written & spoken English
