Paulig are now seeking a fixed-term Portfolio & Concept Manager to help them further build the future of Tex Mex and double it in Europe. If you have experience from FMCG and are a champion in brand management and driving projects, we want to meet you!
About the position
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the brand management of a range of Santa Maria Tex Mex and you will be responsible for leading category projects. Your main task is to ensure that growth and profitability targets are met for the portfolio.
As a Portfolio & Concept Manager, you should be a champion of consumer insight, trends, and competition within the category to be able to identify opportunities and developing the marketing mix. We will appreciate your strong communication and presentation skills, and your ability to create commercial arguments that can help us to grow.
What you will do
- Create range specific plans and roadmaps
- Contribute to the portfolio and category strategy for Tex Mex
- Lead NPD-projects (from idea phase to implementation)
- Drive Portfolio and concept management (follow up, input to roadmaps, monitor and act upon performance, continuous improvement, P&L)
- Champion of growth drivers and consumer insights
- Gathering and analyzing brand, category and consumer data across markets
You will be based in Mölndal, Sweden and report to the Head of Portfolio, Tex Mex Retail, and joining an international team, members located in Sweden, Latvia and Estonia. Some travelling might be required depending on needs.
Your profile
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look like this:
- 3–5 years of work experience in roles within brand & portfolio management, preferably in FMCG
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Great cooperation skills, with different function stakeholders
- A can-do attitude and willingness to grow in your position
- An analytical and result-oriented approach in your work
- Experience from setting direction for product development agenda
- Strong business acumen, strategic and result orientation, consumer and customer minded, innovative and collaborative and making things happen kind of attitude
- Strong leadership in own organization and in matrix as well as strong inter-personal skills (ability to listen actively)
- Works well with others and teams, but also self-driven
- Fluency in English on a professional level, both verbal and written
