Paulig are now seeking a Digital Activation Manager, Out of Home North-Western Europe, for its Paulig PRO and Santa Maria brands, to help them drive B2B customer engagement through world-class digital activations. If you excel in multi-channel campaigns, possess a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, and thrive on creating impactful digital strategies, we want to hear from you.
About the position
As the Digital Activation Manager, you will drive business growth and strengthen the B2B concepts through digital initiatives. The aim is to engage customers, generate demand, and ultimately increase interest by leveraging digital tools and optimizing marketing efforts for maximum impact.
You will drive and own the planning and execution of digital activations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, including distributors' digital platforms. You understand the B2B customer journey and customize the content to improve customer experience.
What you will do
- Define the local digital marketing activations and budget as part of the local annual marketing plan and ensure that the digital activations support the local plans in an effective way on Sweden, Norway, Denmark markets
- Plan and execute effective B2B digital campaigns, from content to performance evaluation, for existing and potential customers
- Manage digital channels (websites and marketing automation) in close cooperation with marketing, sales teams, central digital team and agencies
- Be the key owner digital content and secure SEO in our own channels, and in prioritized customers' eCommerce platforms (digital shelf)
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead) and constantly optimizing and measure the activations and look for opportunities for improvement
The position is new, and you will be a part of a great team and report to the Head of Regional Marketing, OOH North-Western Europe. You will communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and external agencies and will be based either in Sweden, Norway or Denmark.
Your profile
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look like this:
- Business-minded marketing expert with background in digital marketing and e-Commerce
- At least 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
- Understanding of the digital marketing channels and platforms
- “Can-do” mindset and strong ability to work independently and make things happen
- Having strong analytical strengths and good business acumen, result oriented.
- Have good creative and solution-oriented mindset
- International mindset and great collaboration skills with many different stakeholders in various initiatives at the same time
- Bachelors in business administration or equivalent
- Fluency in English and one of the local languages on a professional level, both verbal and written, Swedish language is an advantage
