Hoist Finance is looking for a Communications Manager to support the full Group with external- and internal communications expertise. About the role

As Group Communications Manager, you will be responsible for producing texts and other content for different platforms, develop corporate presentation materials (ppt) for external and internal use, run and manage internal and external communication projects, support Investor Relations and Public Relations, manage our corporate websites and cooperate closely with both our international business units and other Group-functions, etc. This is a hands-on role that suits an autonomous and ambitious team player with high standards.

You will report to the Chief Investor Relations and Communications Officer and be based in our Stockholm HQ. If you have experience from working with publicly listed companies and/or financial markets, this will be seen as advantageous. To succeed in this role, you need to be fluent in English and Swedish.

Work description:

-Text production, both external and internal content (Group websites, intranets, Annual- and Sustainability Reports, press releases, speeches, etc.)

-Develop corporate presentation materials for external and internal use

-Project manage various Communication development initiatives as well as supporting other projects

-Provide communication support to local teams in our various markets as well as other Group functions

-Contribute to building a strong brand image

-Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated communication strategies with other departments, including e.g., Finance, Investments, HR, Sustainability, etc

Your profile

-Relevant university degree e.g. business or finance

-Experience in strategic/corporate/internal communications

-Excellent command of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

-Your competencies include a driven and independent “doer” mentality, an operational -hands-on approach with the ability to take own initiatives

-You are social, non-prestigious and service-oriented and have experience in collaborating with different departments and skill sets

-Knowledge of systems such as Cision, CtrlPrint, EPI Server and PowerPoint is meritorious
