Work Description
In this role, you will drive new enterprise sales opportunities across the EMEA region within defined target markets, taking full ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead qualification through to contract negotiation and closing. You will work closely with customers to understand complex authorization and access control challenges, collaborating with technical presales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
· Driving new enterprise sales opportunities across the EMEA region
· Owning the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing
· Conducting structured discovery to identify complex authorization and access control challenges
· Collaborating with presales and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements
· Leading RFI/RFP responses and coordinating technical validation activities such as POCs and architecture reviews
· Engaging senior stakeholders, including CISOs, IAM leaders, enterprise architects, and procurement teams
· Maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM systems
· Developing strategic account plans for high-value enterprise prospects
· Representing Axiomatics at relevant cybersecurity events and industry forums when required
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with a solid academic background, ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You bring a strong foundation in B2B sales within IT security, cybersecurity, or Identity and Access Management (IAM), and are comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments.
You have a proven ability to drive sales of complex software solutions and manage multi-stakeholder sales processes from start to finish. You are confident engaging with both business and technical stakeholders, including security architects, IAM specialists, and enterprise architects, and can translate technical concepts into clear business value.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
· at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within IT security, cybersecurity, or IAM
· a strong track record of selling complex enterprise software solutions
· experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
· the ability to build credibility and engage with technical decision-makers
· experience working with regulated industries such as finance, government, healthcare, or industrial sectors (highly desirable)
· experience working closely with customer success teams or in a customer-facing role within a cybersecurity or IAM company
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
It is considered a strong advantage if you have a technical background, for example in solution engineering, security engineering, or development, enabling you to confidently participate in in-depth technical discussions.
Experience in selling authorization, IAM, PAM, IGA, or Zero Trust solutions is highly valued. Experience working across multiple European markets, within channel sales environments, and an established network within the European cybersecurity ecosystem are also considered strong assets.
We are looking for a highly driven and structured individual with strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating complex organizations and can clearly understand and articulate technical concepts in a way that resonates with both business and technical audiences.
You bring a disciplined and structured approach to pipeline management, combined with a high level of self-management and accountability. In complex enterprise sales environments, you are resilient, persistent, and able to maintain momentum throughout long sales cycles.
