The role of Digital Communications Manager means being the hub that holds our digital communication together globally; both towards salad-loving consumers (B2C) and key business partners (B2B). Your mission

You're the hub that holds a global digital organization together and responsible for Picadeli's global digital communication; from overall strategy to what happens day to day. You provide our markets with brand-building initiatives and campaigns that convert digital engagement into actual traffic and increased sales. Creativity matters, and so does measuring the outcome of our initiatives.

• Shaping the strategy — Develop and own Picadeli's global digital communication strategy and guidelines.

• Digital platforms — Overall responsibility for the website, social media channels, and global LinkedIn communication.

• Engaging content — Continuously produce digital content linked to our global communication calendar.

• Digital expertise — Support, guide, and inspire local market teams on digital matters.

• Analysis and optimization — Track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize what we do.

• Driving digital innovation — The marketing team's spearhead in central development projects, including AI tools and new digital platforms.

• Team-work to dream-work — Building successful collaborations is key to this role; with other central teams, our countries' local market teams, and external partners.

Your profile

You're a communicator of real calibre, with a strong business focus and international experience. You thrive in a development-focused environment with a high pace and many points of contact. Your work capacity is high, your courage to challenge is bold, and your easy-going personality builds trusting relationships.

You and AI are already real buddies, and you actively use AI for content, analysis, and workflow. Together, you make things sharper, faster, and more on point. We also see that you bring experience from an international environment with central coordination and local adaptation.

Experience
Several years of experience in digital communication and strategic marketing. FMCG background or another fast-moving industry is a strong plus.

Education
A bachelor's or master's degree in digital communication, marketing, or similar.

Language
Excellent English, spoken and written. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.

Practicalities
You live in or around Gothenburg and have the practical means to travel to some extent.
