Are you a skilled communications expert with a passion for digital storytelling and brand-building? We’re looking for a talented Group Communications Specialist to drive impactful content creation and digital engagement for Hultafors Group.
The position
This position plays a vital role in shaping the digital presence by creating and communicating high-quality content for both internal and external audiences. You will also collaborate with teams to amplify Hultafors Group and its bands, targeting the objectives of the strategic communication agenda. You will report to the Group Communications Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality PR and employer brand content that drives the strategic agenda and publish it in digital channels such as websites, social media, intranet, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with brand-level communication and marketing teams to align content and strategic communication themes.
• Utilize analytics to continuously monitor, report, and optimize content performance and engagement with specific target audiences.
• Maintain and enhance the group's presence across social media and other digital platforms.
• Drive creative strategies to improve content performance, engagement, and reach.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all published materials.
• Support digital campaign planning, paid media efforts, and SEO optimization.
• Contribute to internal communication projects and event coordination by planning, creating, and executing exceptional content.
Your profile
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and detail-oriented communications professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You are a true storyteller and are highly passionate about creating strategic and brand-building content. You are also deeply engaged in the evolving world of digital media and have a proven track record of turning creative ideas into measurable success.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Exceptional ability to craft compelling visual and written content for diverse audiences.
- Strong proficiency in managing cross-departmental collaboration and aligning goals across teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital content production and channel management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) for content creation and design.
- Advanced understanding of major social media platforms, CMS, SEO, trends, and AI tools.
- Proven experience analyzing and optimizing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Fluency in English and Swedish on a professional level, both verbal and written
