Camfil is looking for an experienced and committed IT Service Owner for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to take full end-to-end responsibility for their IAM service – from long-term strategy and development to daily operations and continuous improvement. This is a key role combining technical insight with operational ownership to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable IAM solutions across a growing global organization.

This position has a global responsibility for the entire organization and you will be part of the group IT team in charge of services distributed to all our entities. You will report to Group IT manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IAM service from a strategic, tactical, and operational perspective
• Develop and execute a long-term roadmap that aligns IAM with Camfil’s business goals and evolving IT landscape
• Ensure the IAM service scales effectively with the organization’s growth and needs
• Perform the day-to-day operations of the IAM platform, including second line incident management and user/access lifecycle
• Plan and coordinate service development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with other IT service owners and IT architects to ensure IAM integrates effectively across all IT services
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external security and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the CISO and other key stakeholders across IT and the business
• Monitor technical developments in the IAM field and translate them into actionable improvements

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IAM and related IT security services
• Solid understanding of IAM service implementation in cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
• Solid Experience within tools such as Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure B2C
• Experience working with recognized security standards and frameworks
• Strong knowledge of IT security, compliance, and risk management
• Experience managing service roadmaps and driving improvements
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting (especially related to AD and Microsoft Graph) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work across both strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks
• Previous experience as a service owner or in a similar accountability-focused role
• Experience with governance models and policies related to identity and access management
In this position you will exercise indirect leadership through managing external suppliers and leading internal project groups. You are proactive, take initiative, make decisions, and consistently follow up on results – with a strong focus on business needs.
