We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Assistant/HRBP to support a newly established global consultancy within the cybersecurity sector. The organization is in a start-up phase, building its own systems, processes, and culture. With around 230 employees across seven countries, including a significant number of cybersecurity consultants, the role will involve a mix of HR administration, recruitment, and support to consulting managers.

Role overview
This is a consulting assignment with the potential to transition to a permanent position, initially reporting to the CFO. The HR Assistant/HRBP will play a key role in establishing foundational HR processes while handling day-to-day operational tasks. This position requires a proactive and resourceful HR professional who is comfortable working in an evolving environment where structures and processes are still being shaped.
The ideal candidate has broad HR experience and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality, ready to take on various tasks ranging from administrative support to more strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection of candidates
- Administration of insurance, pensions, and visa processes
- Onboarding and offboarding coordination
- HR administration in the Hailey system, including leave management
- Acting as a contact point for absence management and specific leave cases
- Supporting consulting managers with HR-related matters
- Updating employee handbooks and policies
While payroll administration is handled by a dedicated payroll specialist, the HR Assistant/HRBP may be asked to provide basic support during holidays or absences.
Your profile
It is essential that the candidate is comfortable working in an organization where roles and processes are still being defined and enjoys being in an environment where feedback and attention to detail are openly discussed and actively engaged with.
- Extensive experience in HR administration, ideally within an international context
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-feedback environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with HR and payroll systems, particularly Hailey and Maconomy, is advantageous
