Work description

As a Solutions Marketing Specialist, you will be a part in generating demand and driving awareness for our workflow solutions across the EMEA North region. You will lead multi-channel marketing initiatives, including demand generation planning, audience acquisition, webinars, and in-country workshops. With a strong focus on engaging different target audiences, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to position ServiceNow as the go-to platform for business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Generation Planning: Develop and execute innovative, data-driven demand generation strategies tailored to the EMEA North market.
• Audience Acquisition: Identify and engage key personas across industries, including IT, HR, and enterprise leaders, to drive participation and conversion.
• Webinars & Workshops: Plan, promote, and execute compelling webinars and in-country workshops that showcase our workflow solutions and their impact on organizational efficiency.
• Campaign Management: Partner with sales, solutions marketing EMEA product, and regional marketing teams to design and deliver persona-based campaigns that resonate with the EMEA audience.
• Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure goals are met and continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and adapt strategies for local nuances.

Your profile

• Experience: 2-3 years in B2B product marketing, demand generation, or a related field, ideally within the technology or SaaS sector.
• Expertise: Proven track record in planning and executing audience-centric demand generation programs, webinars, and events across multiple target audiences.
• Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. Familiarity with marketing tools like Marketo, Allocadia, Swoogo, Rainfocus and/or similar platforms is a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Regional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the EMEA North market, with the ability to adapt strategies for diverse cultural and business landscapes.
